Today, Springfield Blue Print is still owned by the McCann family, and for more than 80 years we have provided a high level of service and integrity to the customers we serve. To keep your equipment running at
peak performance, Springfield
Blue Print has a dedicated staff of professional
technicians who have been factory trained by many of
the manufacturers we represent. Our Service Professionals
routinely participate in service training classes by
the various manufactures to maintain their skills and
to keep up with the latest technologies. In addition
to this constant training we have access to Manufacturer’s
Web Sites and Manufacturer’s phone hotlines staffed
by their Service Engineers. With most of our equipment
sales we provide installation and operator training so
you are up and running the same day we deliver your equipment.
In addition to offering Annual Service Contracts on
all of the equipment we sell, we also do repairs on
equipment, old and new, on a Time and Materials basis
and we keep a large inventory of parts on hand at our
office.
