As members of the RSA (Reprographics Services Association), with seventy five-member and 130 locations throughout the country, your projects outside our coverage area can be managed with confidence through Springfield Blue Print. Through our network affiliates, we can have projects printed in a matter of hours and delivered to meet your deadline. Our service technicians are factory authorized and routinely participate in service training classes by various manufacturers to maintain their skills and to keep up with the latest technologies.

Large Format Digital Printing & Plotting

Springfield Blue Print can reproduce color or monochrome bond, vellum, film, color originals or digital files, from opaque or translucent originals, up to 36" wide by any reasonable length. We can print from PDF, DWF, plot (HPGL2) or TIFF (Tagged-Image Format) files. These digital files can be archived by us at your request and printed when you need them. When we are finished printing, we can provide you with a CD. They can also be indexed for easy access.
Documents may also be reduced or enlarged in 1% increments.

Scanning, Archiving & Digital Document Management Systems

Springfield Blue Print has the capability to scan originals in black and white or color from 8.5"-by-11" to 39"-by any reasonable length. We can take your hard copy documents and turn them into digital files. These digital files can be indexed for easier access. Additionally, they can be printed, e-mailed, or posted to the web. We also provide system document management software programs to help you organize and manage these digital files. When your files are digital, they are easy to access and available instantly on your PC or network.
Additionally, we provide on-site scanning services for those documents that can not leave your facility.

Small Format Digital Printing & Copying

Want to get your office records to digital? We can digitally copy, archive and print any paper original from 8.5"-by-11" to 11"-by-17" in color or black and white onto bond paper, cover stock, transparency, or sticky-back. Colored stock and card stock are also available. We punch, drill, and GBC comb binding up to 2" thick. Once these files are digitized, we can store them for additional future printing requirements.

Springfield Blue Print has the capability to mount and laminate using 1.5, 3, 5 or 10 mil matte, satin, glossy or textured laminate on any original or print up to 54" wide by any reasonable length.� Encapsulation (Two-sided lamination) is available.

• Foamcore or Gatorboard substrate range from 3/16" to 1/2" thick in black or white. �
• Mounted and laminated prints can be accented with a variety of edging colors. �
• Velcro backing for tradeshow displays or other applications is available.
